It is a spread-out city of family homes, which means plenty of ordinary kitchens.
The University of Hull and the East Riding
The University of Hull is in the city, so student renting is part of the housing mix. Beverley, Hessle and Cottingham sit just outside, and they are places you could consider if you later wanted to widen your area.

Hull Paragon Interchange has Hull Trains services to London King's Cross. From King's Cross you continue across London to the Bromley area, where Bromley South has direct trains from London Victoria.
